Melvan's Excellent Adventures
Welcome to Melvan's Excellent Adventures. Through this site we hope that family and friends can keep up to date with our overseas trip. We leave on Wednesday, October 4th, 2006 bound for Thailand. Then we are off to London to live and work for about 6 months before setting off to travel Europe. We plan to post photos and information from our adventures. Hopefully this will avoid us having to send out those group emails that everyone loves. Please leave comments if you wish or email us.

Well i must say, even to you Evan, you both looked fabulous at the wedding, looked like a great wedding.

Brooke looked stunning and matt scrubbed up very well too.
Not sure what was with the boys dancing in a circle, but hoping there is a story behind it...lol

p.s. William started at Mulwala Pre School yesterday. So he now does Tuesdays at Oaklands and Thursdays at Mul. Funny thing is, he told me last night that there is more kids at Oaklands.....lol xoxo
Hey Mel, Belated birthday wishes to you. I hope you had a great day. Everything plodding along here..... started work at the kinders and loving it. I have quite a few special needs children which will be quite a challenge but a wonderful experience. Looks like you guys are still having a fab time, thats great, the pics are lovely. Good to hear from you on the blog Jess. It has taken me a while. Melvan is blocked at work so I can't reply as often as I want.
All well here. Had birthday drinks for Ben, Mel and I last night which fun right up til the end!!
Off to watch Aus play Denmark in soccer on Tues night which should be good too.

Battling away here at work, its been really hard to get back into it. Missing my 2pm sleep on the beach, 3pm Singha's on the beach and 8pm Massaman curry at any old place!

Hi Mel and Ev
It was great catching up with you in Thailand- Rod and I loved every minute of our holiday and the wedding. It feels like it was so long ago already!!! I want to spend my days on the beach again!
Well I got back to work and decided I didn't like it anymore- I lasted two days and resigned!!! I'm starting a new job at Eyewear on Pako in about 3 weeks which will be a change.
Hope you are both well.
